James Chadderton's post-apocalyptic artwork depicts the iconic Cornerhouse building in Manchester in a state of decay and ruin. The mixed medium format allows for a gritty and textured depiction of the once-vibrant cultural hub, now a shell of its former self.

The artwork captures the aftermath of an imagined disaster, with the building's walls cracked and crumbling, its windows shattered and boarded up, and its exterior covered in layers of graffiti and overgrown foliage. The scene is haunting, evoking a sense of desolation and abandonment.
